Griffiths started off as a young model, travelled the world and worked for big names such as Marie Claire, ELLE, Vogue, GAP and Chanel. In her early days she attended to John Willmott School and started modelling at the age of 17.

In 2002, she joined the team of presenters on MTV UK, working on various shows interviewing many stars of film, TV and music.
